We are aware of the changing dynamics of litigating client and have prepared ourselves with the necessary infrastructure, academic input and diverse experience in the field. Resultantly, we have sizeable experience and expertise in conducting arbitral proceedings which is beyond traditional court litigations, and we have represented various clientele in numerous arbitration proceedings in areas of contractual disputes, township projects, real estate disputes etc. However, arbitration proceedings do not end upon proclamation of award, and are usually followed by an execution/ enforcement proceeding and / or a challenged before the Hon’ble District Court. We have been involved in execution/ enforcement of arbitral award and appeal challenging the arbitral award.   

 Anand Akut & Associates have also successfully represented varied individuals as well as institutions like sugar undertakings before Debt Recovery Tribunals as well as the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunals in legal proceedings for recovery of debts, enforcement of security interests, bankruptcy, etc. under the provisions of Securitizations and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

Our Firm being primarily based out of Pune, also practice before the National Green Tribunal (Western Zone Bench, Pune). We regularly advise and represent varied clientele as well as governmental departments in matters and proceedings before the Tribunal. Violation of CRZ regulations, Non-Compliance of Environment Certificate terms, Environmental degradation due to mining activities etc. are some of the prominent issues handled by us.
