Adv. Anand Akut, a 1st generation passionate Advocate, after completing LL.B. from renowned Indian Law Society’s Law College [ILS], Pune, chose to start independent legal practice over a financial lucrative corporate job. Over the last 18 years, he has gained valuable and extensive experience in multiple sectors of law, including real estate laws, corporate laws, litigation and dispute resolution, consumer dispute resolution. Adv. Anand advises and represents various clients, including individuals, real estate developers, sugar factories, companies, multinational corporations, and firms before numerous judicial and quasi-judicial authorities as well as while finalizing many critical business deals and transactions involving multiple legal intricacies. He has enriched himself in terms of court appearances before Bombay High Court, District Courts, National Green Tribunals, Chairty Commissioner, Consumer Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunals, Revenue Authorities etc. Having significant niche industry experience in advising to sugar factories in Maharashtra, he believes in contributing to the academic front of said industry and therefore, he has recently co-authored a book "Legal framework of Sugar Industry" with former Sugar Commissioner of Maharashtra. Along with Sugar Industry Expertise, he is trusted and dependable name when it comes to Real Estate sector in and around Pune. Adv.
