This book aims to illuminate its readers on one of the important fragments of the electoral system in India i.e. the law relating to Nominations and the intricacies of Scrutiny of Nominations as prescribed under the Constitution of India as well as the Representative of People Act, 1951. This book will serve the reader as a Guideline which may come in aid to any potential candidate while filing his/her Nomination paper.
